If you are interested in joining the Akiyama Laboratory @TCU...
Here are the ways to become a member of our laboratory:- For a Baccalaureate Degree:
You must be admitted to the Department of Urban and Civil Engineering, Faculty of Architecture and Urban Design, at Tokyo City University (TCU). Research lab assignments are primarily determined based on academic performance up to the first semester of the third year. To secure a spot in the Akiyama Laboratory, it is essential to achieve strong academic results.
- For Master’s and Ph.D. Degrees:
You will need to enroll in the Department of Architecture and Urban Design, Graduate School of Integrative Science and Engineering at Tokyo City University. When applying, you must indicate your preference for the Akiyama Laboratory. Additionally, in years when there are a large number of applicants from international students or a high number of graduate students already enrolled, the number of admissions may be limited through prior interviews or other selection processes.
For more information about the university and admissions, please visit the university's English website or feel free to contact me via email!
